Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion without signing in

You can request deletion of information stored by PbonAdworks Agency Reporting, including information obtained through Facebook Login for Business. You do not need an application account to submit a request.

1. Email gunnar@pbonadworks.com with the subject Agency Reporting data deletion request.
2. Include your name, a reply email and the business or ad account involved. If you know your connected Facebook profile name or account ID, include it so we can locate the relevant records. Describe whether you want the Facebook connection data or other application information removed.
3. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or authority over the records. We will confirm the outcome by email and explain any information that must be retained. Our existing request policy is to acknowledge requests within five business days and fulfill verified requests within thirty days, unless an extension is required.

Do not send your Facebook password, App Secret, access tokens, payment details or patient information.

Stop future access

An authorized administrator can open Creative Intelligence → Connections → Facebook profiles and disconnect the profile. This removes its stored user and Page access credentials. Linked ad accounts need reconnection before refreshing.

You can also remove the application through Facebook’s app or business integration settings. Our Meta app is named Growth @ Pbon. Facebook manages the permissions you grant there.

Disconnecting access is separate from deleting previously imported creatives and reports. Use the email request above to ask for stored information to be removed.

What deletion covers

For a verified request, we identify the relevant profile and account records, access credentials, and associated imported creative assets, analytics and reports held by our application. We remove the information covered by the request unless applicable law requires retention. If data is shared with other authorized business users, we verify the scope of your authority before deleting shared business records.

Records subject to a required retention obligation are restricted to that purpose. Backup copies expire on the backup retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy; deleted information is not restored for ordinary application use.

Deleting data from this application does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account, ad accounts, Pages, or source content held by Meta. Requests concerning data held by a third-party platform must be made to that platform.
