PbonAdworks Agency Reporting

Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

1. The service

PbonAdworks operates Agency Reporting to provide marketing reports, Creative Intelligence, client operations and related agency services. These terms apply to authorized users of the application. Any separate written service agreement continues to govern the commercial services it covers.

2. Authorized access

Use the application only for businesses and assets you are authorized to manage. Keep your application credentials secure, use your own login and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, access another client’s information without authorization, or misuse the service.

3. Facebook and other integrations

Facebook authenticates your profile and presents the permissions for the Meta connection. You choose the ad accounts to use in Creative Intelligence. You must have permission from the relevant business to grant access to its accounts, Pages and linked Instagram profiles.

The Creative Intelligence Meta connection reads creative assets and performance; it does not publish, edit or delete ads. Selected connections and imported reports are shared with authorized Creative Intelligence users in the agency workspace. You can update permissions through Facebook or disconnect a profile in Connections.

Third-party platforms control their availability, permission requirements and data access. An account connection does not guarantee access to every asset or a particular amount of historical data. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.

4. Content and reports

You retain your rights in the content and business information you provide. You authorize us to process that information and connected assets to deliver the service, including creative analysis and reporting as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights needed to provide this content.

Reports depend on source data, attribution methods and the selected date range. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. Review results before making business decisions; the application does not guarantee advertising results or revenue.

5. Privacy, disconnection and deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, use, sharing and retention. Disconnecting a profile removes its stored access credentials, but saved reports can remain. To request deletion of stored information, follow our Data Deletion Instructions.

6. Service changes and access restrictions

We may maintain or update the application and restrict access to protect the service, respond to misuse, or reflect the end of an authorized business relationship. Third-party outages and changes can interrupt integrations. These terms do not replace any rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revision date appears above. Questions about use of the application can be sent to gunnar@pbonadworks.com.
